Features

2.The machine has two drilling units and one filling unit that run through the operation without stopping to replace items, resulting in a higher production.
3.The drilling section uses a ball guide rail structure, which has a ten-fold longer life than a standard copper sleeve structure.
4.The operating system can be edited by computer. In addition, the self-developed Siemens system makes product programming easier.
5.The operation mode adopts electronic cam mode, with stable movement and small jitter, which greatly increase the service life of Guide rail、Lead screw and Bearing.
6.All wearing parts adopt the industry standard and can be interchanged with the same series of product, which reduce production costs.
7.The workbench is made of 6061 T6 high-grade aviation aluminum parts, the aluminum itself is not easy to deformation of high strength, the workbench is lightweight and high speed, small inertia, more stable performance.

Packing process
1.Our equipment is vacuum packed with the wooden case to protect it from rust and moisture, to prevent damage to the machine from the long sea transport cycle and the corrosive nature of the sea water.
2.Our wooden case is after fumigation treatment. Needn't timber inspection, saving shipping time.
3. All the spare parts of the machine were covered by some soft materials mainly using pearl wool and bubble wrap.
4. The exterior of our crates will be equipped with a packing list and a clear company logo to avoid loss of goods in confusing ports, the interior will have a delivery note and all accessories will be photographed and kept for later verification.

If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
